all you need to know before working with me, read carefully!

PRICE AND REFUNDS

- My only methods of payment are Kofi, Paypal and Pix.- All prices are in USD and I do not accept any other currency.- All payments upfront or after sketch, I do not work with payment after conclusion.- Payment plans are normally accepted above 200 USD works, but it's open to discussion, feel free to reach out.- Rush fees are 20% extra of the final price, if it ends in a broken value it rounds up to the closest number. Example: 53$ + 20% priority fee = 63.6 round it up to 64$- I only do refunds if the artwork has not been started

RIGHTS

- All commissions will be shared public unless the client states otherwise.- Feel free to use the artwork in anyway you'd like as long as credit is given.- I do work with commercial purposes with a fee of an extra 50% on top of the final price, in that case, feel free to make commercial stickers, standees, keychains and etc.- Turnaround times for any sort of commission are likely to be completed within 1~2 months MAX, anything that exceeds 35 days and still hasn't been finished by then, the client can get a free headshot.- Most importantly, I am not responsible if the client does not read the TOS, as they will STILL be applied.

CORRECTIONS

- During commissions, the client has up to 5 chances to ask for modifications or edits on the sketch phase such as different poses, expressions and etc, artist mistakes such as forgetting a pattern or detail and small changes such as piercings does not count.- If the client wants a change that surpass the 5 chances an extra fee will be applied to each more modification depending on the amount of work.- If the client wants something changed after the lineart work is done the same fee can be applicable.- I will NOT do any changes to the art after the painting part, if the client wants anything changed make sure to state beforehand.- The client can edit the final art only for asthetic purposes, if the client wants any sort of changes such as different hair color, editing is prohibited.

ADOPTABLES

-Selling the adopt is permitted only if it does not exceed the original price the client paid for, only exception being if the adopt has commissioned art that adds up to the price.- I'll always offer to change the name/gender/pronouns in the adopt sheet for free even after a long time, so feel free to reach out.- Do NOT make extreme design changes, slight colors changes, accessories and patterns are okay, don't change the design to a point it becomes unrecognizable.- I can do design adjustments but anything too excessive is not allowed.- If a client bids on my adoptables and back out without communicating me I will give them a warning, if the same thing happens twice then the client will be blacklisted.
